  1. Real estate M&A

① Valuation service
✓Our valuation service calculates the valuation at the time of acquisition of shares related to M&A transactions, capital procurement, etc., and the market valuation of subsidiary shares. In addition, we will calculate the market capitalization at the time of IPO by making full use of the multiple method (PER multiple, PSR multiple) and PSR/CASR correlation analysis.
